The ASM SIPLACE Feeder Storage & Kitting Cart is designed for organized feeder storage, offline job preparation and movement between the feeder preparation area and SMT production line. Unlike a machine-docking changeover table, this cart is intended for passive storage and line-side logistics, making the feeder family, storage capacity and workshop workflow the main configuration points.
A dedicated storage cart allows prepared feeders to be grouped by job before they reach the placement machine and gives operators a controlled location for de-staging feeders after production. For ASM X-feeder fleets, guide-rail storage also keeps individual feeders separated and easier to identify, load and remove during material preparation.
The cart configuration should follow the actual feeder fleet rather than a fixed generic layout. Shelf quantity, feeder-holder arrangement, reel-storage requirement and overall cart size can be selected around the number and type of feeders being handled. If the factory uses more than one SIPLACE feeder family, send the feeder photos or model references so the rail configuration can be checked before production.
This product should also be distinguished from the SIPLACE X-Series Changeover Trolley, which forms part of the machine-side feeder positioning and docking system. Choose this storage cart when the requirement is feeder organization, kitting and transport rather than direct machine docking.

If the cart will be used for a specific kitting or line-side workflow, include the layout requirement so the storage arrangement can be checked before quotation.
Standard configurations are normally kept in stock, and confirmed stock orders can usually be arranged for shipment within 24–48 hours. Where the shelf, rail or reel-storage layout needs customization, the configuration and dispatch schedule will be confirmed separately before the order is placed.
