The SIPLACE X4i S stands apart from the standard X4 S through its i-Placement conveyor mode, which allows two PCBs to be processed simultaneously within one placement area. This changes how board flow is organized: instead of waiting for one board to complete before starting the next, the machine can coordinate placement work across two boards, depending on the production program and conveyor setup.
With four gantries and a benchmark placement rate of up to 150,000 components per hour, the X4i S combines high output with flexible board transport. It accommodates up to 148 tracks for 8 mm X-feeders, and supports single-track or flexible dual-track transport. The i-Placement function is the defining distinction to check when comparing the X4i S with other four-gantry SIPLACE models.
