Four independent gantries operate in coordinated motion to push throughput for high-volume PCB assembly on the SIPLACE X4 S. Linear motor drive cuts idle movement, delivering up to 150,000 CPH while maintaining tight placement repeatability.
The platform accepts mixed head configurations, switching between micro 01005 chips and large, heavy odd-form parts in one production run. Built-in closed-loop control and automatic PCB warpage correction counter board distortion during placement, lowering defect rates on dense server, automotive and industrial PCBs.
Single track mode handles large panels up to 685 mm wide and 8 kg board load; dual-track setup runs smaller boards side by side to boost line utilization. It works with SIPLACE X wireless feeders and supports offline programming plus self-teach functions, shortening NPI changeover time.
Every refurbished X4 S we offer goes through full mechanical, vision and placement validation. We include nozzle and feeder inspection, paired with ongoing spare parts and maintenance support to preserve uptime in mass production lines.
